Speaking of Dancing...

I'm not the only one learning new moves. Jay (Mom's boyfriend) took Mom to a (old-people) singles' dance a few weeks ago. Apparently they had dance lessons and this is a photo of Mom practicing with Jay.

Okay so it's not really Mom with Jay. It's really a picture of some old guy dancing with Mom, but Jay wouldn't let me post the picture unless I promised to photo shop his head into the picture in place of the other guy. Obviously the head is a bit big, and Jay's really not that tall. Plus, his hands are not that white. The other guy was pretty pasty. As unprofessional as my photo shop skills are, this picture is definitely better than the original.

So far, we really like Jay. "So far" is my disclaimer so I can change my mind if I decide I want to. So Jay seems like a good guy so far. And that's all I know.

This is Karen on Tyler's blog....
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!! That is so funny. Jay sent me this picture, too... but not with his face. I can't even tell you photoshopped this pic!

He's a pretty good looking guy. Good for Mom.

Love ya, sis!

First of all, thanks! I thought you'd like it. Second, what are you doing on Tyler's blog? And third, that is not a blog. It's just a very basic profile in desperate need of more info AND a blog!! I want to keep up with him too!

So the only thing real about Jay is his head?
I see your Mom looks like Karen, right? I recognize the single dance for "old people". That was me about 9 years ago. :)

Mom and I look alike, but she highlights her hair so it looks blonde. (Sorry I just outed you Mom.) Her natural hair color is more red. Karen looks more like Dad's family. I'll have to get a picture of the three of us when Karen comes home so you can see us better.

Yes, please do, I would love to see a picture of the 3 of you together. Well your mom sure looks blonde to me! But then I don't wear my natural hair color anymore either. Does your mom have a blog?

I love this photo!
Great job on your photoshopping capabilities! I did notice the hands before I read your post and thought it looked a little...creepy...but we are nearing Halloween.
Your mom looks so happy! I haven't seen her smile like that in years! Seeing her like that does my heart good!

I would love to see the before photo along with the after. And where did you get Jay's head from?

Glad you are liking Jay so far...that's a good sign!
