I am again, grateful Saturdays are half days. And I'm still super happy to be at my old desk. I enjoyed my day at work immensely, and was extremely pleased to step outside to beautiful weather and gorgeous sunshine. It was a nice break from the frigid temperatures we've been enduring lately. (Cold for Texas, I mean...)
I am also grateful for good books. I love to read, and I am currently reading a mystery by Mary Higgins Clark. She's one of my favorite mystery authors, and I've discovered I like her daughter's mysteries too. I like how the two differ. Mary Higgins Clark's books are about different women in different circumstances, and Carol Higgins Clark's books are more detective-novel like. So back to my book, "On the Street Where You Live". I'll let you know how it goes. I just started, but so far, so good.
